Our PE Director of Engineering is our Project Director for all assignments. He brings in his dynamic approach, professional competency and in depth experience in multi faceted, logistically challenging assignments, acquired during the 25 years of working experience on numerous project

Our Director of Engineering will be the primary contact person responsible for cost control, scheduling, technical, contractual issues, and quality of work. He will thoroughly review scope of work, and staffing needs, develop a plan of execution, drawing upon the resources of the firm, as necessary.

The assigned staff will then report to our Director of Engineering for timely execution and quality application of services. Continuous communication and organization allows us to be knowledgeable and responsible for the respective disciplines. We share and coordinate information with concerned parties to assure complete client satisfaction.

UESG assigned project manager provides the leadership for the engineering project we undertake. Our manager’s unique blend of technical experience, combined with our ability to understand a project at all level is the key to our success. Our sense of ownership to achieve the owner’s needed project outcome getting it done the right way the first time, on time, and within budget.

These interconnected system components include software and reporting applications for project finances and schedules, document control applications, and organizational procedures and policies dictating our actions and methods.
